Getting There

Saturday 16 August 2025, 9am – 4pm
Hamilton Town Hall, Brisbane - corner of Rossiter Parade and Racecourse Road

Important note: Street parking in and around Hamilton Town Hall is very limited. There is an onsite loading bay for drop-off and pick-up, and one disability parking space.

We therefore request conference attendees to utilise the various and convenient public transport options to get there.

These options are:

CityCat
The CityCat ferries provide the most scenic route to the conference. The ferry stops at Bretts Wharf ferry terminal in Hamilton, which is just a short walk to the Town Hall. Timetables and maps for the CityCat service can be seen here:

Buses

Routes 300, 304 and 305 stop very close to the Town Hall, at Stop 20 at Hamilton Central, Racecourse Road.

Train
The closest station to the Hamilton Town Hall is Ascot (on the Hamilton line) which involves a 1km walk down Racecourse Road.

Cross-River Ferry
If you are coming via the Bulimba area, then the Apollo Road ferry will take you directly across to Brett's Wharf, just a short walk up to the Hamilton Town Hall.

Please contact us if you have any queries regarding transport for the conference:
